We, a group of experienced and well-trained women who love to do housework,
help wives who are busy, families with two working parents, people who live
alone, and people who are not able to do housework for some reason live a
comfortable, rich and happier life.

2. Preliminary arrangements

The manager will visit you at your home, take a look at your space, and ask your requests and demand. Please tell us what you need help with.

* You can ask “I do not need a preliminary arrangement, but I just need you to clean up and tidy the house as much as you can in three hours.”

3. Proposal

We propose the best plan for the housekeeping services and quotes.

4. Start of the service

Once you agree with the proposal, we will introduce the right staff and start the service.

5. Payment

For regular contracts, payment is closed at the end of the month and due on the 20th of the following month. Please pay the fees through wire
transfer. One-time service fees should be paid in cash after work. You will be billed according to your contract.

Service fees

●Madre Care Cleaning, Laundry, Linen change, Trash removal etc.	¥ 4,000 per hour (incl. tax)
●Premium Care Cooking, Baby-sitting, Pet-sitting, Tidying closet, or any other special orders	Additional ¥1,000 per hour (incl. tax) per care
Our service is available from 2 hours. Additional fees may be added depending on the number of family members and children. *Transportation costs (max. 1,000 yen) will be added to the above fees. 〇 Late night and early morning fees (21:00-09:00): +500 yen tot he hourly service fees 〇 Overnight stay fees: +5,000 yen to the actual working hours xecluding bedtime.	Indemnification We are covered by property insurance. We can take responsibility for any damage accidents related to our services after confirming the facts.
